Hollo App Privacy Policy


Hollo Limited builds applications for supporting both research and clinical processes. But your privacy is very important to our team. So we developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we handle your information in connection with Hollo applications ("Apps"). Please contact us if there are any questions. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. This Privacy Policy covers information we collect or receive about you in contexts around the "Hollo Research" App or the "Hollo DigiACT" App.

If the App is used in the context of our Clinical Study and Clinical Trials, you must sign an informed consent and authorization form (if applicable) ("Informed Consent") for the Study. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy Policy and as outlined in the informed Consent. To the extend anything in this Privacy Policy conflicits with the Informed Consent, the terms of the Informed Consent will control.
Throughout this policy we may use the term "Study Team" to refer to all the entities that may have access to collected data from or about you through the Apps or as part of the Studies. For all Studies the Informed Consent will include specific information about the members of the Study Team.


Information Collection and Use


For a better experience or for purposes of indentification and contact, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Contact Information (Name, Email, and phone number); Demographic Information (Age, Gender, Residence Address, race, etc.); Medical history and information (such as prior diagnosis, etc.); Sensor information (such as heart rate, and other mobile sensors); or even Video and Audio Recordings. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy and the Informed Consent.


Log Data


We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The categories of approved study researchers, the type of Study Data they amy have access to, and the purposes that thye may use the data for will be in more detail in the Informed Consent.
  • Others, if we determine that disclosure is reasonbly neccessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. We disclose information as described in the Informed Consent. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

    We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
